Returns Policy

You may cancel an accessory order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know by email and then return the item within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. You can inspect items as you would in a shop, but items showing more than reasonable handling may have a deduction applied.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage for faulty goods.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the price of the goods to your original payment method within 14 days. Standard return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility.

Email us with your order details and the items you wish to return, and we will share the return address and next steps. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
