Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days. Because online payment is payment provider pending, we currently confirm availability, delivery and payment by email before dispatch.

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary during busy periods.

Shipping is calculated based on order size and confirmed before any payment is taken. Any applicable cost is shown to you for approval first.

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond a reasonable time, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or resolve it under our Returns Policy.
